Beijing Lawyers Zhang Kai (张凯) and Li Chunfu (李春富) were violently beaten by police at the home of a client in Chongqing. They were meeting to discuss the death of Jiang Xiqing while serving a Reeducation-Through-Labor (RTL) sentence center for practicing Falun Gong.
