今天前往检察院准备控告,但经查询告知韦婷婷已报捕,与承办检察官当面沟通了意见,主要向她介绍了占领男厕所、染血的新娘以及公交反性骚扰活动的意义,希望顶住压力不予批捕,结束时我问昨天查没报捕,怎么今天就被告知是6号报的呢,答可能系统昨天没有录入。现罪名变更为聚众扰乱公共场所秩序罪。
