上海市闵行区看守所所长洪革说:“目前,除危害国家安全犯罪等三类犯罪嫌疑人会见需要侦查机关许可外,其他案件辩护律师凭‘三证’均可会见,只要不存在犯罪嫌疑人住院、侦查机关正在提审等情形,一般半小时内都能安排会见。”
