The Cardinal Kung Foundation reported on Monday that Zhao Zhendong (趙振東) and Zhao Kwxun (趙克勛), a Bishop and an administrator of the diocese respectively in an underground church near northern province of Hebei, were released after two month of detention. The move was seen as Beijing’s gesture to improve ties with Vatican.
