Beijing Communication Authority ordered to close a university website, Yannan Wang, on September 30, citing no reasons for the closure. The move is believed to target on He Weifang (賀衛方), a law professor of the university who had petitioned to the Principal against closing down a student website. He refused to take PhD students in protest. He's academic activities have been reportedly restricted to a minimum level and his daily activities have been closely watched by the government.
