On April 26, Yan Zhengxue was sent to a Zhejiang reform-through-labor facility to serve his sentence. He still objects his conviction but has decided not to appeal because he has no confidence in China's judicial system. He will finish his sentence on October 17, 2009. Yan was convicted on inciting subversion charges for the critical articles he published on the Internet.
