严正学被浙江法院以煽动颠覆罪判刑三年 (Yan Zhengxue Sentenced to 3 Years' Imprisonment for Inciting Subversion)

On April 13, Yan Zhengxue (严正学) was sentenced to three years' imprisonment on charges of "inciting subversion" by a local court in Zhejiang and deprived of political rights for a year. Yan's lawyer will discuss with him whether or not to appeal the decision.
