HRIC Note: The project, proclaimed as an initiative to aid local unemployment, commences by building a data server to host information on unemployed persons aged 16-35, including their names, data on family conditions, reasons for unemployment, career preferences, and skill levels. Authorities will also organize “tours of human resources markets and skilled-labor institutes,” and arrange for subsidies and placement in “vocational training camps and employment training workshops.”
