Zhu Jiuhu(朱久虎), the lawyer representing hundreds of shareholders of an oil enterprise suing the local government over illegal nationalization of their oilfields in Shaanxi, was released yesterday after being detained in Yulin detention centre for more than four months. Zhu was arrested in June in relation to an allegation of "disturbing social orders".
