Zhu Longwei (朱龙伟) and
Li Xige (李喜阁) have been under house arrest in Henan for nearly two months. Zhu was placed under house arrest in mid-January, after he was interviewed by a British journalist, and when he tried to attend a conference in Guangzhou, he was stopped by police. Li Xige has been under house arrest since early February and has not been allowed to communicate with the outside world.
